Seasoning Process: In this process, wood is kept in the season chamber. The time period of keeping the wood is all depends on weather. That is in winter we season wood for period of 13 to 16 days. Where as in the summer this time period is 7 to 10 days. The moisture level of the wood is bring down to 5 to 9%. It is because when the furniture is made from that solid wood it can be robust and stand in every weather.
Chemical Process: This kind of process is consider to be very strict. The strategy of this process is all about keeping the wood in the chamber fill with the chemicals like CCB & biflex-terminator. The duration of keeping is 2 hours. The main purpose behind chemical process is to make wood termite free and convert it into quality product to export.

Step 1: Surface Planner

Step 6: Panel Saw
The last step is Panel Saw in which complete furnishing is involve. There is clean-cut finishing of the edges and machine made look is given. We consider a felder panel saw machine.
